The story revolves around Gopala Krishna (Ajay), a 40-something, middle-class man with a simple life, working as a government employee. He lives with his wife and two sons, including Karthik (Naga Shaurya), a bright, young engineering student with big dreams and a sensitive heart.
Gopala Krishna, stuck in a routine life and feeling emotionally distant from his wife, starts going to a yoga class in an effort to rejuvenate himself. Gopala Krishna (played by Ajay) is a 40-something middle-class man living a dull and routine life, emotionally distanced from his wife Bhavani (Indraja).
