Devara: Part 1 is an action drama set in a coastal village. The story revolves around Devara (N.T. Rama Rao Jr.), the chieftain of the village, who is engaged in a bloody feud with his counterpart Bhaira (Saif Ali Khan) over arms smuggling.
The conflict begins as a personal vendetta but quickly escalates into a larger power struggle that threatens the entire region. Devara’s son, Vara, secretly carries on his father’s mission to end smuggling while pretending to be weak and maintaining the illusion that his father is still alive.
